Apartments are still reasonable, running at around $500 to $650 a month for a nice one bedroom, and there are studios for even less. Residents enjoy visiting shops, local coffee houses, and the beautiful, scenic streets. Still, stay open to some other great locations that are less hyped, such as NOTA, or the Neighborhood of the Arts. Located around the George Eastman House and Memorial Art Gallery, this neighborhood features the ARTWalk, plus many great, inexpensive places to rent. The rents are comparable to Park Ave, and this area is closer to Downtown.
