No commission real estate services, or flat fee Multiple Listing Services (MLS), have changed all that. No commission real estate means just what it says: the seller has no obligation to pay a percentage based commission to a selling broker. The seller pays an MLS licenced broker a flat fee to list his home on local and national MLS websites and act as contact point during the transaction. You can even put out a For Sale By Owner sign. it is as easy as that.
