A business card scanner isn't all that difficult to use either. The first step is to place your card in the slot. With the use of an optical character recognition program or OCR, the printed letters on the card are then scanned. Some of the more advanced business card scanners can do a pretty good job of reading all the information without error. In fact some models can even sort out the names from the titles.
